Project Architect

Loren Smith joined H&S International in January of 2001 as a Project Manager. Since joining the firm, he has managed a wide variety of project types, including custom single family residential, golf clubhouses, educational and multi-family projects.

While he has enjoyed working on all project types, he most enjoys working on the custom single-family residential projects because they are more personal in nature. Most recently, Loren has been the Project Architect on a large multi-family project within the north Scottsdale development of Silverleaf. The project, The Sterling Residences, consists of five, four story buildings, containing up to 213 luxury condominium units.

Prior to joining H&S, Loren worked at and managed the architectural division of a prominent Scottsdale design-build firm that specialized in luxury, custom single family residential projects throughout north Scottsdale.

When not in the office, Loren enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking, camping, and working in his yard.
